The Drum Program at Houston Music Academy builds strong foundations in rhythm, technique, and style—helping students grow as both drummers and complete musicians. From rock and jazz to world rhythms, our lessons cover the full range of percussion. Students also have the chance to join our Percussion Ensemble, where they explore instruments like marimba, and hand drums while learning the art of playing together in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
